The team is very responsive to questions, I got a response within 1 day for a question. The build quality is high - the machine feels rigid and strong and isn't likely to have issues. My experience with the 20w version, as a first-run build owner, I think I can say that this machine will stand up. The camera positioning system helps with unique pieces (See the picture of the shield-shaped plaque). The 20w version helped me build a 20k/year craft business and this machine I hope will only expand on it. Then suddenly their software can't connect to the device even though its physically connected via USB cable. Tried all their troubleshooting tips, there's no problems.
