We have one of the wrist units which is easy to use but gives erratic readings. We have an arm cuff that is similar to the wrist one and it links to my smartphone to track my readings, so I use that when I need to send reading to the doc, but I feel as if this type of old-fashioned monitor gives the best and most accurate readings.
