Once filled, it can last up to 10 days depending upon your bird's diet.2. Automatic dispense causes less wastage of food.3. Transparent body shows how much food left.4. Holds water & food nicely.5. Fits well on cage.6. Easy to fit.7. It is for all types of cages. Some people try to install it from outside. If it doesn't fit from outside you can fit it from inside like mine.Disadvantages:1. Not for destructive birds. If your bird likes to chew on plastic, they will break its body.2. Cap fitting is not strong. Sometimes, cap come off while installing but can taken care after you learn how to install.3. If you fit it from inside, birds sit on it & poop making it dirty.4. Water feeder should not be installed as vet suggest to feed fresh water to birds. So, if you refill daily then its fine.5. Water feeder spills if you move cage which is obvious.6. Hole from where food dispenses gets blocked sometimes with sunflower seeds.Overall, I am really happy with my purchase. I can go on vacation for a period of week with these feeder taking care of my birds.
