I always make messes with salads but there is plenty room to mix the ingredients without making a mess. I’ve had so many dish sets and they chip so easily over time. These haven’t chopped at all and I use a dish washer. I love the texture as well. I’ll continue to use this brand and always stoneware going forward! Very very satisfied!
