She was super excited and loved it until....it came disconnected from the watch, falling onto the floor and now her brand new watch has scratches all over it. The connecting mechanism is NOT secure. Do not buy this unless you like your watch to come off randomly. This was her first new watch since the Pixel Watch 2 and she's very upset because her other one was flawless after 2+ years of ownership.
