The quality, thus far, equal or better than most other Chinese knives I've found on the market. 9Cr18MoV steel is good steel and makes for a good blade and edge. Sharpens well and holds an edge well enough for casual use. The design is workable for most people. I'd like to see a little more handle/blade length, but then again, that is not what the knife was made for. First use, it may take some working to loosen up as the lock is stiff and the opening/closing is tight. I suspect it will loosen eventually. Review: Outstanding - Absolutely fantastic knife. I own probably close to 250 pocket knives of all different brands and quality level. This is an outstanding knife for $40. Love its fit and finish, great size and super slicey hollow grind. I know their blade steel is better so don’t start. This is a very good knife, it fits my hand perfect, the blade angle allows it to open packages very easily. It came very sharp and I love the blade design. It’s a little heavier than most of my other Budget carries but it’s hard to find the perfect carry for me.
