Its the power of intention and help of all the powerful knowledge that Miss.Aida has penned in is that all you need to take charge of your situation. When you can sit back and be powerless, there is something you can do and this book empowers you to just do that. There is so much information packed in this little book and it can get overwhelming. The advice will be to not rush and read the book but spend enough time to read and comprehend one topic at a time. I appreciated the book more after I had my consultation with Miss.Aida where she explained a few things and it all came together. So I would say make a consultation with Miss.Aida and keep this as a reference.
