He can turn it upside down and get all the way into his cleats. He used this as soon as he got his new cleats abc the smell stayed away. Thankfully we ordered this as well, it just had a longer shipping time. Once it arrived and he started using it, the smell is going away. Even after a wet, rainy, snowy game—the smell was minimal.
