Very happy with these. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Update *by L***. on April 30, 2026* I have 2 of these 24v/200ah batteries. I have been trying to turn on/off the Charge/Discharge. And you need a password prompt. I contacted customer service and they gave me the password 666000. Then they tell me that doing that may VOID WARRANTY!! By just turning the charge off! Are you kidding me? That is an advertisement fiction of the battery! UPDATE!!!!!!!! 05/08/2026 Vatrer has been very responsive to this issue. They assured me that using the Password 666000 to turn ON/OFF Charge/Discharge would not harm battery and also would not VOID the Warranty. That is a great thing! But I only gave them a 3 STAR because this function should not be limited with a password! They need to UPDATE there App. To fix this function. I have been very happy with the Battery and I just purchased another one. 24V/200Ah. I also wish they would UPDATE there App to securely lock the battery to me.
