I followed the instructions precisely. One of my tires was at 40 PSI after having these on for a weekend. We didn't move the vehicle and the tires were at 80 PSI upon installation. There is clearly a design problem here. These need to be designed so no air leaks out, period. I'd pay more and have this product work as advertised.Update: I was very thorough and made sure each tire was at 80 PSI and drove a day with regular valve covers: no air loss. I re-installed these pressure reading valve covers EXACTLY as the instructions indicate. After only a few hours of driving every tire was down to 40 PSI. Put the regular valve stems back on (after airing up my tires) and they have remained at 80 PSI. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A terrific, and ingenious, low-cost tire pressure monitoring system. *by I***W on Reviewed in the United States on December 31, 2017* I bought these as a low-cost alternative for Tire Pressure Monitoring on my older Chevy Uplander. For some reason, its tires keep deflating slowly, and I have had them checked repeatedly at the tire shop. They are very simple to install, and having checked (and, yes, ADDED air to two of the four tires) I screwed these on. It's very easy to tell when the tire hissing ends, and I gave them just a half-turn after that. As an old guy, it's nice to know I don't have to get down and check the pressure repeatedly with these in place. I'll update this review when the tire caps tell me to replace air and share the results; but overall, this was a good buying experience, fast delivery and a very reasonably-priced alternative to premature tread wear from underinflated, expensive (and leaky) tires. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An ingenious, low-cost preventative tool! *by C***D on Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2018* Have always liked these caps, these are my 2nd set. Odd though, how they warn you not to overtighten by only giving one more half turn after the hissing stops. I have a lot of nice valve stem thread left, and I sure hope these things don't unscrew themselves over time.Im also hoping that adding the extra grams won't necessitate a re-balance.In addition to the caps, included were a light carabiner and bottle opener!
