Electrically insulating and easy to apply with a 1:1 mixing ratio, it’s ideal for industrial and craftsman use where strength and speed are critical. ## Description Maven MMA3005 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive suitable for structural bonding of various metals, plastics and composites. The product does not need surface preparation or a primer. This is a 1:1-part methacrylate adhesive with an open time of 3-6 minutes and handling strength can be achieved in less than 15 minutes. Give excellent bond strength on various substrates. Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml or 400ml cartridge Dispenser, respectively. We advise you use a 50ml or 400ml Dispenser for all respective cartridges. If you do not have one, please check out our Dispensers, all are excellent products and have our 'it's good' seal of approval. If you prefer not to use a Dispenser, we have some 50ml kits that include hand tools or caulking dispenser adapters, as pictured, that you can use for fast small jobs. Do not disturb the parts during the curing process. Excess adhesive can be wiped off. (For optimum strengths, surface preparation for the metals like sandblast, etching will be needed). Safety and handling Wear safety glasses and gloves. Harmful if swallowed. Keep it away from heat, flames. Keep out of reach of children. Once used keep the containers closed. Storage and shelf life Store this product in a tightly closed container in a cool and well-ventilated area. Product should not be frozen. Keep it away from any source of heat. Store the material in between 51℉ to 75℉.
