I usually purchase them when visiting California at the local farmers market. Foustman has a stand and you can taste test them. Shelf life 1 year just refrigerate after opening. I do pay more when I purchase from desertcart but it’s better than stuffing your suitcase.

Love the garlic lamb. Rosemary lamb not so much. I’ve tried several of these and liked them all. Beef is very good. I gifted a few of the hot ones. They were a hit. Be careful ordering one in extreme heat. One of the beef salamis was oily from high temps I think. *****
