Review: Better than elastic bands - My wife and I use these routinely in our senior exercise class. Much easier to use than elastic bands. Each band has a different resistance so you can pick the band for your specific exercise. These bands do not bunch up like elastic bands, and they do not "walk" since they have a couple of lines of rubber-like material on the inside surface to keep them in place. I haven't tried washing them yet but they appear to be easily washed by hand or machine, and I'd probably air-dry instead of machine-dry to maintain elasticity longer. They were reasonably priced and since the bands are each a different strength my wife used a lighter band and I a thicker band. The variety of bands I found useful.
