Review: Had this and used it more than a few times in Automotive repairs and other random things to save time. Perfect for seeing leaks or parts in places you can't get your eyes on or dont want to spend time disassembling. Unit has paid for itself already and is still working. Basically anything you need to see thats out of reach, this is it. Only slight annoyance is the cable and fumbling with the length. I have not needed to unravel more than about 3 ft abd the longer you need the more difficult it'll be to maneuver the cam tip. Light is sufficient. Angle of camera option is good. Battery lasts long enough to use it more than a few times before dying. Display selection in color or gray scale is alright. It's not HD but doesn't need to be. Worth the price for the quality.

**Q: Is there lighting?**
A: The controller has a LED flash light at the top edge.
On the probe there are 6 forward facing LEDs and one side facing LED.
The buttons are NOT illuminated so if you are working in the dark you will need a separate small light to see the controls unless you get familiar enough with it to know the buttons by feel.

**Q: will this work for house inspections for the heating / cooling air duct?**
A: Should work great! I used it on cast iron plumbing and was very surprised at how well it worked. Amazing deal

**Q: Will it harm the cable or camera lens to wipe it with a clorox wipe after it has been somewhere unsanitary?**
A: Probably not. It looks pretty durable.

**Q: When the rechargeable litium battery will no long take a charge, what next?**
A: Check the warranty that comes with it. If the warranty has expired (depends on when u had purchased, as well as contact the seller that u bought it from), buy a new rechargeable battery to replace it.

Had this and used it more than a few times in Automotive repairs and other random things to save time. Perfect for seeing leaks or parts in places you can't get your eyes on or dont want to spend time disassembling. Unit has paid for itself already and is still working. Basically anything you need to see thats out of reach, this is it. Only slight annoyance is the cable and fumbling with the length. I have not needed to unravel more than about 3 ft abd the longer you need the more difficult it'll be to maneuver the cam tip. Light is sufficient. Angle of camera option is good. Battery lasts long enough to use it more than a few times before dying. Display selection in color or gray scale is alright. It's not HD but doesn't need to be. Worth the price for the quality.
