I seen lots of negative reviews but I gave it a chance. Firstly it is the best shampoo for getting your hair squeaky clean and the menthol smell is so lovely, my head feels so fresh after each wash and it litera tingles. I did not notice any more hair shedding than I would normally get with each wash. I didn't see any difference for some time but I trusted the process. I had a small balding patch up the front of my head which I could not explain how it happened. After 5 weeks of washing my hair 3 times a week with this treatment I couldn't believe that I started seeing tiny hair growth coming from my bald area.
