I pressure wash my car and blast the wheels off. Then when I’m nearly done washing the car with mit and soap I spray liberal amounts of wheel cleaner onto the alloys. Once I’ve finished the car off I rinse the body work with the pressure washer again and give the wheels another blast. They come up great, even behind the brake disc and the inner part of the alloy, which is so difficult to reach. Really pleased with cleaner and have had no issues on our cars alloys. If it’s fine with my silver gloss wheels I’m sure it will be ok with black gloss wheels. The product works as well as any other wheel cleaner. To be sure do a small area first. **Q: Do you use williams racing heavy duty non-acidic wheel cleaner direct form the container or dilute it first - then spray onto wheels ??** A: Dilute the cleaner before spray the wheels it tells you the ratio on the label. It removes the brake dust superbly. **Q: Daft question but can I spray it on my actual car or is it strictly for wheels** A: Honest answer is I don’t know. I use it on the wheels on my motorbike only. I guess as they are powder coated they can take more punishment than bodywork paint it’s probably best to use specific cleaning products for it. Bottom line is great for wheels but not sure I’d use on bodywork.
