I find this bra to be perfect; it is gentle on my armpit where the drain is inserted, plus it gives nice support to "the girls". I will use this again when I have a lumpectomy and another lymph node biopsy; I think it will be the perfect amount of support for the incision while it heals, but not painful under my arm.
