They do fit a little baggy, I liked this but it may not be everyones thing. I’m usually a 32 in pants and have an average to stocky build and went with the Med. The waist is comfy and I wouldn’t down size, but probably could. I believe they are designed to have a loose fit so I don’t know if downsizing would do much for that. I found them to be super comfy and they haven’t bunched up or anything. I haven’t had them for long so I can’t speak on their longevity. Overall I’d definitely recommend these. Regardless the underware does well. does as good as i at least hoped. Not much on the order of panty-rolling along its waist band (HATE THAT) very comfortable, silk-like no sweating no bunching up just as long as you get them good and sorted upon putting on your pants. and the do a good job of staying up on your waist.
