It seems small, but it measures correctly, so that's just my bad. It's got a great OS - intuitive and very user-friendly. I don't really need 'user-friendly', but it took me 2min to set it up with all my accounts (Netflix, desertcart, Hulu, etc). The picture is great. The sound isn't great until you enable Sound Mode: Amplify. I bought Home Services, but the installation took maybe 10min. I have no complaints about this TV. Customer no service is in another city...think it was a different country...and can't contact the warehouse to get parts. After a run around, negotiated half off the TV.
