I hit the old lens with a heat gun for 10 seconds, all the shattered pieces stuck to the old adhesive as it pulled up. Cleaned out the area with a toothpick. I set down new adhesive, placed the glass on glossy-side up, and it was done. I couldn't ask for an easier process.There are a few bad reviews here, so let's break it down:"Adhesive is not the right fit" - it fits fine, just need to be accurate. It's not the entire width of the plastic, a little bit smaller. It's wider than the aperture which is what matters.
