I can definitely see a difference in my workouts. I like to take this 20 to 30 minutes before a workout as that has helped me feel the best solid pumps mid-workout in the gym. Increases the sets and reps I can do, and helps me with recovery, too. Overall I've been really pleased with the effects of the pre-workouts I've tried that contain citrulline. Because of the malate, it does have a sour/bitter flavour so I've tried to find a way to make it a more easy way to edible and Easy to consume. Great consistency and texture with no clumps and grainy textures and no bad aftertaste besides the sour taste, works the charm! This product provides a sour taste and mixability and a good pump.
