Chai Masala - Tea Spice 170g. Chai Garam Masala Powder - Spice for Tea Enriches the taste and flavour of tea. Contains Cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black pepper, ginger & nutmeg. Add to boiling tea. Chai Garam Masala is a readymade spice blend for making your own Chai Tea. This can be added to normal black tea leaves or to redbush and green tea . With the addition of milk and sugar, you can create a Chai Latte at home - or why not try with cocoa powder for a warm spiced hot chocolate drink . Directions For a full infusion, boil some water (enough to fill a tea pot) and add 2 teaspoons of tea spice (you may want more or less, so season to taste). Leave to simmer on a very low heat for upto 8 minutes and then transfer to your tea pot with your choice of tea leaves (or tea bag). You are now ready to serve. Alternatively, add one teaspoon of chai to a mug with your choice of tea, pour over with hot water and leave to brew for two minutes. It will then be ready to drink. (You may prefer the use of a filter, tea sieve or muslin square). Ingredients Fine ground ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Black Pepper, Ginger & Nutmeg. Please note: This tub does not have a internal seal.
