The capsules are tasteless and have no smell, and the list of B-related vitamins looks to be pretty comprehensive. After my doctor recommended I add vitamin supplements to my diet, I've found that in general I feel better and have more energy. Absorption is good, although I generally prefer to take these capsules right before a meal to make it easier on my GI tract.
