It makes a lovely drink and I like that it contains nootropic mushrooms but to be honest I didn’t really notice any difference in myself when I took it. I love matcha so will continue to buy it but I’m going to buy a cheaper version elsewhere. There are also similar products on Amazon with matcha and mushrooms with 100% fruiting bodies for half the price.
