Importante dejarlo prendido al menos 20 minutos desde que lo enciendes para lograr las marcas de parrilla en la carne. El único downside que le veo es que una vez que sirves, le cuesta un poco de trabajo calentar de nuevo al máximo, pero era evidente al ser pequeña la campana y además portátil.
