I use it extensively for rideshare. Very happy so far with how it works. A little limited in where and how you can position it (as are all fixed-geometry mounts), other than that, I am VERY satisfied with it - the amount of spring in the 'arms' is plenty to hold the phone, an I have gotten the hang of mounting and dismounting the phone with one arm.
