The flavor is really nice; soy sauce-based, good rich umami flavor. I've put it on everything from eggs to burgers to macaroni & cheese to ramen; even thrown a touch on pizza. Love it across the board. Enhances without being overpowering (as long as you don't flood the food with half of the bottle!).
