If you’re in the market for one of these, you’re not exactly having the best day/week/year. Either you’re ordering on an emergency basis due to an unexpected injury, or you planned to sign up for your temporary gimp situation. In any event, the only thing worse than being in a position where you’re forced to wear one of these would be wearing one of these that didn’t work. To further manage your expectations, there is no easy way to enjoy a shower or bath when you’re sporting this along with your newfound disability. So just be prepared for bathing to become an evil necessity. Beyond that, this cast protector has delivered as expected. You might notice a little condensation forming in the bag but bandages have remained fully dry in both shower and bath. I recommend pulling above the knee versus below if it all possible to avoid any potential gaps. Good luck, and this too shall pass. :) ### ⭐⭐ If your foot or ankle is just bandaged this will probably work just fine. The picture on the box is deceiving *by C***O on February 22, 2018* While the product seems to be OK for some situations but in my particular case, the plastic ring will not get past the heal of my cast. I might add that it is not a particularly large cast and it ends mid-way of the calf. So, I have yet to have the opportunity to actually try this product out to test it's shower worthiness. So buyer beware, the inside diameter of the plastic ring is 6-5/8ths inches and may not be wide enough for your cast as well. If your foot or ankle is just bandaged this will probably work just fine. The picture on the box is deceiving. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent at keeping your cast dry in the shower. *by B***F on February 23, 2019* I used this product to keep my fiberglass cast dry after Achilles surgery. I had a cast that came up to just below my knee and this size worked well even for long legs - cast came up 23 inches from the bottom. A trick to putting it on is to put a kitchen sized trash bag over your cast first, and then the Seal Tight protector slides right up the case with no binding or damage to the seal. Just tuck all of the trach bag below the seal and inside the protector. To remove, reverse the procedure by pulling the top of the trash bag back up thru the top seal and it slides right off. I used the Seal Tight protector for over 6 1/2 weeks with no problems, leaks, or issues getting it on or off.
