That said the seller doesn’t care and will ship it slow so it sits in mail trucks for a full 3 days without a cold pack in 90 degree weather. **Q: Does this product ship with a cool pack?** A: We store all of our Probiotics in refrigeration and ship it out on ice packs only if it is requested by our customers. I checked on the box and it says, "At expiration date under recommended storage conditions: Best Refrigerated. Store in a dry place at 71 degrees or below".
