This one is very similar. The main difference is where the two halves come together. My previous grinder broke at that spot. I am hoping and thinking that the black plastic at the joint on this one will be more pliable than the clear plastic which started to crack on my old one. If it is not working after 3 months, I will come back and change the 5 star rating. I like the triangular shape. It is easy to grasp. If I wasn't so poor, I'd spend $50 or $100 on a nice one. I have an electric grinder, but it sits unused. I've even used it to grind flax seeds a few times. For my coffee beans, I am used to the 2 or 3 minutes it takes to grind them every day. Someone mentioned that an electric grinder turns half the coffee beans to dust. I found it to be a good suggestion and started using a manual burr. The whole reason I bought this one, is that I believe it won't break apart at the joint since black plastic is used in that area. We will see how it goes though. It looks slightly under-engineered, but I think it is going to hold. Why not make a beefy joint like where the top attaches? There is probably a good reason.UPDATE: I have used it once or twice a day for 6 weeks, and it is holding up great. The grinder should have been bought early. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Grinder for single cup of coffee *by D***N on August 30, 2018* The folding handle saves storage space, yet makes it longer for easier grinding when in use. It has as nice modern look and the grinder works great on coffee beans. We also tried grinding hot Khi peppers (I wouldn't recommend it for that use), but the peppers got stuck before being ground. The item is sturdy and locks together well. It is easy to fill and empty. The see through receiving hopper is nice and clear. The size and weight of this grinder makes it easy for a typical adult to grind coffee beans. The hoppers are only large enough to grind coffee for 1-2 cups of brewed coffee, but that's what we wanted it for.
