Three for $20+ seems more than I remember so about $6 - 7 for one.** A: At an Asian market about 4-5$. **Q: Do I really have to cook these first? i bought two packages at Costco a while back, and ate them both cold out of fridge. Yum.** A: I have eaten these all my life & have never NOT cooked them. I find the easiest thing to do is put several into cook/steam with rice in a rice cooker. **Q: What is the serving size, and the protein, fat and carbs?** A: Serving size = 1 link (46g), 11g of protein, 14g of fat (3g of saturated fat) and 5g of Carbohydrate. **Q: Are they already fully cooked?** A: They cook fast. Made in the USA. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Chinese sausage is addictive. *by M***R on October 30, 2020* It's sweet, it's salty, there's a good bit of fat (flavor), there are spices uncommon to many of us, and I find it totally addictive. Unlike many sausages, Chinese sausage is used more as an ingredient than something you just eat alone, though I do that as well sometimes. Added to fried rice, steamed buns, stir fries, etc. it adds a flavor and texture that I just can't resist. I've tried many brands in the past, but keep coming back to Kam Yen Jan. I love the fact I can buy it on Amazon because there are no places I can purchase it locally where I am. I've purchased it three times from Amazon so far and had no issues whatsoever. For those worried that you are being shipped a raw meat product unrefrigerated, don't worry. It's preserved, and I've never seen it refrigerated in stores.
