    Mermaid Tail Friendly

I used this to make a mermaid tail, and this fabric was perfect for a starter or training tail. This is just fabric though, no rubber liner like some of the scuba neoprene.It is a thin fabric, maybe 2MM, but it has a good stretch to it and doesn't require any kind of special sewing machine. I tested both a zigzag and line stich without any issues. I highly recommend this fabric for beginner sewers. It's very forgiving fabric. it can also be colored with fabric pens or paint.
