Both my wife and I converted from bottled and apart from the first four sips being rather tepid water on a hot day before the cool stuff comes through has been a real saviour on a hot days walk. However the mouth piece cap is too wide to fit through our back pack pouch hole. You can do it it by putting the bag in the back pack before filling and putting the hose in connection end, but tends to make it tricky for filling. Very strong chemical taste; completely unusable. I had a Camelbak previously and this was never a problem. Amazon needs to address the false advertising.
