Then my doctor told me that part of the of the medical community is beginning to doubt that saw palmetto really does anything for men. I decided to stop taking it for a while.After about two months without it my symptoms are definitely no worse. Sometimes I think they may be improved. Looking back over the years I begin to suspect that the improvements I attributed to saw palmetto may have actually been caused by my body learning how to deal with enlarged prostate.Now I am starting to work on muscle control.
