I never gave it 5 stars for the sole reason is that the springs are a little noisy when inserting the phone into the cradle. And that is it!It holds my phone in place where I want and charges it. When driving on uneven / rubble / pothole roads the shock causes the auto mount opens and the phone falls off. It poses risk when the phone drops off while driving.This product is amazing as it clamps when phone is put in to the holder (mechanical clamping by the weight of the phone).
