My body never has a chance to ease into wakefulness. I decided to try this and see if it helps. I did quite a bit of research online before selecting this product. I chose this one due to the adjustable time cycle for the light to come on and get brighter in the morning as well as the level of brightness. Setting up the clock was a bit more intense than I would have liked, but once it is set, you don’t have to mess with it anymore. I am very happy with the sunrise function. I have it set to get brighter over the course of 20 minutes and then some bird sounds come on before my phone alarm goes off. I am normally awake now before my phone ever goes off. Waking up this way is not as much of a jolt to my system and I feel better and less groggy in the morning.
