Expect a more upright and comfortable riding position once you've sorted out longer cables. I was very pleased with the results. Less pleasing is the chrome. To be fair, my bike lives outside and uncovered however, good chrome shouldn't show rust spots within months and as far inland as it's possible to be in England.
