So that one is 5grams. The older(and the better formula in my opinion) has real sugar no chemical sweetener so it has 26grams of sugar. So if you want less sugar and you are alright with artificial sweetner you want the 14oz bottles. It's not natural sugar - it's an artificial sweetener. The 11.5 oz bottles do list 26 grams of sugar, unfortunately, but we now know cane suger is better for you than artificials. So, I changed my order yesterday and went for the smaller 11.5 oz. I just picked mine up and it definitely says 26 grams of sugar.
