Packaged very well but not wasteful. Easy to assemble - heavy not to tip but not too heavy to move into place - in one's fifties - beautiful piece of art and the birds are enjoying the water. Placed a solar fountain in for the hummingbirds to enjoy. Was worried I might have overindulged but no reservations whatsoever and we enjoy the Bluebird design - looks very at home amongst our trees and planters.
