My chiropractor recommended to lie down on a ball to run over and massage the trigger points. This product helps that with its vibrating modes and really targets the problem areas. I like how I can bring it with me when I travel compared to bringing a Theracane or a large percussion massager. I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 because of two minor drawbacks: 1) it only runs 10 min intervals before having to turn it on again and 2) sometimes when lying on it and “rolling” it to get to the problem area in my back I accidentally hit the button, changing the mode.
