It has a USB port to charge as well. Well made, sturdy.This was gift, and beloved it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice little lamp *by A***R on September 25, 2018* Cute little lamp, very convenient. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid build but minor issues in design *by C***J on December 16, 2018* This lamp is solid, as in sturdy base and good weight to it. The cord is what I would deem a tad short at about 22 inches, as I thought most lamp cords, especially table/desk lamp cords were 36 inches. But that’s a minor inconvenience honestly. Everything else about it is on point. The only downfall is that it will NOT charge a new iPhone (7+/8+/X) or iPad Air 2 or iPad Pro (9.7”) or Samsung S8 Active from the port on it. Doesn’t push enough power out. But the build and parts are pretty good and frankly surprised me as I thought it would be a cheaper parts and pieces construct. Color me surprised there. Running an LED bulb in it, have had it for 5 days at this point. If anything changes I will update it. The lack of a 5th star is due to the short cord and the fact that the USB port isn’t designed to charge modern phones/tablets.
