The grey insert has side cushions to pad out the sides so baby is supported both around the head and also down the sides (where the legs are).It is really good quality. Washes fine in the machine.Changing mat:This is nice a big but folds to a good size to fit in the changing bag. A handy net and wipes box makes changing baby a lot easier and tidier.Excellent quality mat.Mirror:This is a good quality mirror. Do3s the job nicely.
