Most contain 500mg of algae oil per capsule with 200mg of DHA so it just made sense to go for the one that offered the best average price per capsule like this product did. I don't actually swallow the pills because I find it very difficult to swallow pills in general, but I usually chew them with a meal which makes it more palatable for me.
