## Description

Black high temperature silicone sealant - 85g tube with extreme temperatures up to 350°C. Meets all requirements of the car manufacturers (OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer). Replaces traditional gaskets such as cork, paper, felt, asbestos and rubber. The silicone is sensor safe and can therefore be safely used in lambda sensors in modern vehicles with electronic fuel injection. Resistant to: oils, greases, coolants, etc. Applications: valve covers, oil pan seals, thermostat, water pump, etc. Can be used for all components to create a waterproofing and resistance to high temperatures. K2 silicone can be used for all makes and models of cars. K2 silicone penetrates and cares for the smallest bumps or columns, which can significantly improve the connected elements. Use as an alternative to conventional rubber grommets. How to use: The surface must be dry, dust, dirt, grease and foam free, age sealing. A Bug 'Great The Seal On The Surface, then remove the excess which is water and soap or apply on wet skin, with a knife. The silicone starts to dry in 5 minutes and after 24 hours it is cured.

**Q: Is this also an adhesive?**
A: I bought this primarily to bond shoe heels... worked fine for this

**Q: How to remove this from complicated uneven surface full of resistors and capacitors? Heatgun is not an option since it's heat resistant.**
A: You might be able to use acetone (nail varnish remover) or paint thinners. Be careful on plastic components though.

**Q: Can it be used on a car windscreen**
A: Don’t see why not it’s silicon sealant, not sure why you’d use high temperature on a windscreen though, unless it’s for a ‘hot hatch’!!! Sorry
