I normally wear a 1/2 ordered it and it fits me perfectly. It is very well made and the jacket is lined, I am 5'5" and 109 pounds and can not find anything small enough for me in a normal store. I'm always skeptical ordering clothing from Asian based companies because the sizing and structure are typically made for extremely petite women and a lot of 'you get what you pay for'. The suit is neither! It fits perfectly even with my curves. I'm 5'3, 130lbs and typically wear between a 4-6 in a suit. I am busty (34DD) and have shapely hips/tush. You have to be realistic about your size and if you have another well made suit to reference size to you will be fine; I ordered a Medium and it fits great. Suit pants fit well in the waist and hips with a nice narrow/straighter leg that is very flattering. Initially the thighs were a tad bit tight (and I do not have thin legs) but they did loosen up just enough after about 4 hours of wear and they weren't tight enough to be uncomfortable or look ill fitting to begin with. The length without shoes gives me about 2 inches over so with a pair of nice work heels its the perfect length. The jacket is beautiful and fits properly in the shoulders as well as in the arm length. The material is a very nice suit material with a heavier weight, very fitting for cooler weather and the tailoring/craftsmanship is very nice. No raw edges or inconsistent stitching. Again, I'm a shorter person so I don't know if this suit will appropriately fit anyone over 5'5.
