When I opened the box, I found the helmet with several pieces of the headband loose in the box. In addition, the entire headband was improperly installed. On further inspection. I found the headband could not be installed properly because the mounting holes were in the wrong place and were round instead of square. I was forced to modify the helmet, because I had to meet a deadline for the job I had.Another problem I had, was welding flash on start up. No matter how I tried to adjust the helmet controls, the problem persisted.
