Definitely less painful than other wax beads I've used (especially those targeted toward women). It is scented like cologne but the fragrance isn't strong and doesn't linger once melted. It's very easy to pull if you apply it correctly and it takes off most hair on the first application. Remember to always exfoliate, cleanse, and powder dry the skin to get the best results.
