The foil round balloons DO float with helium but the love balloon does NOT. The table runner was kind of take it or leave it it was very long but skinny. It’s nice as an accen over a table cloth. The confetti balloons seemed to pop really easy but kind of just made more decoration when they did haha the latex rose gold ones are the best though did not pop and are HUGE.
