No side effects. ### ⭐ Review *by S***E on 11 January 2025* The item was opened and has a short expiry of less than 10 months. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by L***J on 2 April 2026* We tried the snufflebabe and calpol saline solutions which were ok but this by comparison is brilliant. My poor baby has had a cold for two weeks. It got to the point he was so blocked up feeding was becoming an issue. The problem i have with the other items is how you use them. Calpol - sprays but sometimes the spray does not work, has to be sprayed upright not when babysitting down, you have to shake and spray away from baby to ensure it’s working. The other is drops and trying to get that up a teeny tiny nostril is impossible. This spray you hold down and it sprays continuously. When you have a wiggling baby who does not like having his nose wiped or sprayed (I don’t blame them!) this product is by far the easiest to use. Within seconds it were the snot and out it comes. I use this in conjunction with a snot hoover.
