Back to Mini Treats - this is not one of those generic mini dessert cookbooks - this is a beautifully written and photographed baking bible with unique and exotic flavor combinations such as White Chocolate Filled Orange-Pistachio Macarons! I went through the book and started placing a sticky on each recipe I'd like to try - then I realized there was a sticky on almost every recipe. Cinnamon Toast Scones, Mini Mocha Roll Cakes, Chocolate-Glazed Peanut Butter Fingers, Dulche de Leche Cheesecakes are just a few of the recipes I will be making. I love mini or individual desserts but I always fear that I will misjudge the baking time if I convert a recipe - and I'm a pretty experienced baker - Abby has taken all the guess and worry away from us with this book.
